A Community Collaborations Event
Presented in association with the International ScreenDance Festival.
Established in 2016, the festival is proud to have brought this event to Iowa City, Mexico City, and Toluca, Mexico, over the past eight years. This year, the festival will showcase 16 mesmerizing films from 28 countries on the screen. Join us to immerse yourself in the magic of dance on screen and experience the talent of directors and choreographers worldwide. The International ScreenDance Festival, founded and directed by University of Iowa Professor, choreographer, ScreenDance maker, and teacher Eloy Barragan, is not just a celebration of art but also a platform for education. We aim to expand access to the arts, engage with the Iowa City community, and celebrate artistic films worldwide to create an inclusive global community.
