Want to partner with us?

As part of our Community Collaborations program, we invite local individuals and organizations to partner with us for a screening or cinematic event and engage the public through the art of film.

FilmScene reviews partnerships on a rolling basis, with a goal to select approximately 25 partnership screenings per year, based on proposal merit, scheduling availability and curatorial diversity. To start the process, please fill out the questionnaire to the right.

Proposals are requested with a minimum of 8 weeks advance notice.

Want to suggest a new release film?

Not looking for a partnership, just want to suggest a new film for FilmScene to include in its regular programming? Please send an email to Programming Director Ben Delgado.

Want to rent our space?

If you are interested in renting the theater for a private event, please send an email to Events Coordinator Angie Mabeus.

FilmScene Community Collaborations Proposal

Thank you for your interest in partnering with FilmScene to host a screening. We receive many worthy requests however, we are not always able to accommodate every one. We do our best to fit as much as possible into our schedule, and we review every proposal carefully. The information you provide helps us in our review.

Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis with initial review as they're submitted. Proposals should be submitted a minimum of eight weeks prior to the proposed date.
