ABOUT ART HOUSE THEATER DAY

With the spirit of Record Store Day in mind, Art House Theater Day is a celebration of our community through film. While we live that ethos year round, this special event allows us to unify with our fellow exhibitors and audiences around the country to reinforce that message together. This year we're extending beyond the initial day into the weekend and offering an unlikely independent film that spawned a franchise as well as honoring the legacy of a pioneering documentarian.
