"Another enjoyable romp through the woods, with plenty of tension and a few startling moments of violence." - Stephen Thrower, Nightmare USA: The Untold Story of the Exploitation Independents

"Surpasses its predecessor." - David J. Wilson, Cinematic Shocks

"As far as I'm concerned, it's still the best of the series, and certainly the scariest." - Nick Cato, Suburban Grindhouse: From Staten Island to Times Square and All the Sleaze Between

"One of my all-time favorite cinematic campfire story scenes.  Just thinking about it brings me right back to my youth." - Matthew A. St. Cyr, Weng's Chop

"This one delivers the goods as old 'Sack Head' slaughters a group of camp counselors in training." - Rob Freese, It Came From Hollywood

Five years after the horrible bloodbath at Camp Crystal Lake, all that remains is the legend of Jason Voorhees and his demented mother, who had murdered seven camp counselors.  At the nearby summer camp, the new counselors are unconcerned about the warnings to stay away from the infamous site.  Carefree, the young people roam the area, not sensing the ominous lurking presence.  One by one, they are attacked and brutally slaughtered.  Suspense and screams abound in this compelling thriller.
