The Open Screen Film Festival is a showcase of short films made by students and community members of the Iowa City area. Filmmakers can submit short films under 10 minutes in any genre, from experimental to documentary to music video. Join Bijou to celebrate the filmmaking that occurs right in your backyard in Iowa City! The top 3 favorite films of the night showcasing the best of amateur filmmaking will go home with prizes, deliberated and chosen by a panel of esteemed judges. Audience members will have the chance to vote for one film to receive the Audience Award. Come celebrate Iowa City film with Bijou!
